A lot of these calls come in the same day. Somebody's plan fell through, a group decided at dinner, a bachelor party realised nobody had booked anything. It is a real part of what we do and the honest answer is that it depends entirely on the day and the hour you are calling.

Weeknights are usually fine. Call at six for a nine o'clock booking on a Tuesday and there is a good chance we can confirm somebody. Weekends are a different story — by Saturday afternoon the roster is largely committed, and what is left is whoever happens to be free rather than whoever you would have picked on Wednesday.

Gabriella comes up on these calls more than most, and the reason is geography rather than anything else. Hollywood is roughly twenty minutes from Aventura and half an hour from Fort Lauderdale or Miami Beach without traffic, so she can reach more of the service area quickly than performers at either end of it.

Three things make a short-notice booking work. Have the full address ready, including the unit or room number, before you call. Be reachable — if we call back with a confirmation and it goes to voicemail, the slot goes to the next group. And be flexible on who: if you will only take one specific performer on four hours' notice, the answer is often going to be no. Give us two or three names and it usually becomes yes.

We would rather tell you we cannot do it than send somebody who is wrong for your group. If the answer is no, we will say so on the call instead of taking a deposit and hoping.

Give us the date, the start time and the address, and we will tell you within a few minutes whether she is free. If your date is fixed and it falls on a weekend, call as soon as you have it — the short-notice route works, but it works better midweek.

If she is booked we will say so on the call, not substitute somebody quietly at the door. The rate is quoted up front for the whole time block, so there is nothing left to work out once she arrives.

Still deciding? Look through the rest of the roster and give us two or three names. We will confirm whoever is free for your date and hold the slot while you sort out the rest of the night.

Hollywood, Hallandale Beach, Dania Beach, Aventura and Sunny Isles are her closest bookings, and the beach rentals along the Broadwalk are minutes away rather than a drive. North into Fort Lauderdale and south into North Miami, Brickell, Downtown, Wynwood and South Beach are all routine parts of her week.

Hotel suites, private homes, Airbnbs, boats and rented venues all work. A clear area about six feet square is enough, plus somewhere private to change. Mention any gate code, doorman or front desk when you call, and make sure everyone in the room is 21 or over.
