Topless bartenders for Nashville private parties are a different booking from a full show. You want drinks handled. You want the kitchen to stop being a traffic jam. You want someone who can work a house and not get lost in the guest list. I book that. Agency since 1989. I still pick the person.
This is a private-house product. Not a front porch. Not a bar takeover. 21 and over.
What the job actually is
A bartender who can pour, keep a line moving, and work a costume party or a plain Saturday. Two-hour minimum. $400 for that window. If you need longer, we talk hours on the call. I quote travel when you are not downtown.
Not an escort service. Not a club. We do not use the three-foot rule. Metro permit rules still apply. Street clothes to the door. Setup at your counter or a table you cleared. You supply ice, cups, mixer, and a trash can that is not across the house.
When a bartender is the right call
Birthday. Bachelor. Bachelorette. Divorce. Holiday. If the group is going to drink anyway and you do not want the host stuck in the kitchen, this is the add. If you also want a show, we stack them so nobody is pouring during the set. I will tell you if your layout can handle both.
If you want female dancers as the show and a bartender as the drinks, say both on the first call. Do not add the bartender in a text at 8 p.m.
What you have to have ready
Ice. Cups. A surface. A sink or a tub. A person who knows where the extra soda is. I danced 36 years. I have watched a “bartender” booking die because there was one bag of ice and forty people. That is not on her.
Hotels are tighter. Kitchenettes are real. Houses are easier. Party buses are usually a no for this one. There is no bar. There is a cooler. Get a show at the house instead.
How I quote it
Website since 2007. 21,400-plus events. Bartender $400, two-hour minimum. Show prices sit next to that when you want both: $275 single, $500 two-girl, same two-hour floor. I say the number before anyone drives. I do not add it at the door.
Nashville strippers and bartenders are two different lines on a booking. If you only need drinks, say bartender. If you need Nashville strippers plus drinks, say both. I will not upsell you a show you did not ask for. I will also not pretend a bartender is a show.
Bar setup that is not a scavenger hunt
One station. Ice in a bucket, not a sink full of thaw. Cups in one stack. Trash next to her, not in another room. Mixer you actually have. A bottle opener that is not in a junk drawer. I have watched a bartender spend the first twenty minutes hunting. That is your house, not her act.
If you want her in a costume, say generic. Witch hat, black, devil horns. No trademarked characters. No “can she be a specific movie.” No. If you also want a show, we time the pours around the set so the kitchen is not competing with the living room.
Tell guests where the bar is. Put a light on it. Do not hide it in a back hallway. Hotels: kitchenette is real, so scale the drink list. Houses: better. Outdoor bars on a porch are a no unless that porch is actually private, which in Nashville it usually is not.
If your headcount is 40 and your ice is one bag, buy more ice. That is the most expensive sentence I will save you.
A bartender is not decoration. She needs a station that works. If you want her to also “be part of the party,” say what that means on the call. Vague is how people get disappointed. Clear is how the kitchen stops being a traffic jam.
Buy the ice. Clear the counter. Put a light on the bottles. Then go be a host. That is the point of paying $400 for two hours. You get your house back.
If the party is a costume night, tell me the costume so I do not send a look that fights yours. Generic is fine. Specific movie characters are not. If you only want drinks and a black outfit, that is the easiest bartender booking I do.
Put a second trash bag under the first one. Put water next to the booze. Put a towel on the station. Those three things make her faster than any playlist you picked.
When you are ready, call (615) 991-2266 and use the Hot Party Nashville line.
