If the weekend is parks by day and a private night at the house, book Orlando bachelorette entertainment for the suite before you lock every park reservation.

The groups that go smoothest pick the night first. Park tickets are easy to move in your head. A performer window on a Saturday in season is not. I tell maids of honor to reverse the usual order: house, show, then the park calendar around it.

I have been taking these calls long enough to hear the same sentence every spring and every October. We will figure out the show once we land. Then they land, the suite is a row of beds, and Saturday is already gone. Figure it out before the flights.

Where to sleep

I-Drive puts you near the corridor and a short ride to a lot of dinners. A Kissimmee or Davenport house puts you in a kitchen and a pool. Winter Park puts you in a prettier neighborhood and a longer morning drive to the big gates. Downtown is fun if the bride wants bars. It is a worse getting-ready room if you booked four queens and no sofa.

If most of the group lives here, skip the hotel. A friend’s house in Dr. Phillips beats a suite where you are whispering in a hallway. Locals already have a kitchen. Use it.

Look at the listing for a common room. If the photos are all bedrooms, you are getting ready in a bathroom. That is a look, and not the one she wanted in the pictures.

Lake Nona is quiet and new. Good for sleep. Worse if you thought you would walk to a second bar. Plan the night as a house night and you will like it more.

When to put the show

Night after a full park day is a tired room. Night before a park day is a smarter room if she still wants to walk tomorrow. Mid-weekend, one park day, then a house night, then a pool day, is a shape a lot of visiting crews can finish.

Friday and Saturday go first. From $275 starts the quote. You approve who is coming. Male costume sets are the usual bachelorette ask. Tell us shy or loud.

If the park night is non-negotiable, put the show on the other night. Trying to do both at full volume is how you get a 12:30 start and a performer you already passed on the clock. I would rather you pick.

The house hour

Clear the floor. Hide the park backpacks. Put water out. Agree who opens the door. Extra friends from a dinner reservation is how you get a crowd. We come to your address. We skip meeting you at a gate.

Generic costumes. No trademarked characters in what we send. Your group can wear witch hats. Keep it 21 and over.

Put a full-length mirror in honest light. Halloween hair takes longer than the group chat believes. Put a time on the door. The bride should be obvious in the photos you take before anyone sits down.

What to tell me on the call

Date, address type, headcount, first pick and a backup. If you are flying in, lock the room before you lock the late park night. Same-day is sometimes possible. Call and ask.

Headcount is the people in the room, not the people on the original invite. If six of ten are going to be at the park until close, wait or split the weekend. A half-empty living room is a sad show even when the performer is good.

The park calendar is a bully

It will take every night if you let it. Rope-drop, fireworks, a second park, a third. I am not anti-park. I am anti watching the only private hour slide to never because the group is still in a line.

Put the show on the calendar in the same ink as the park tickets. If you have to drop a night, drop a park night, not the house night. She can do a park on a Monday. She cannot do this particular Saturday twice.

Getting-ready photos want daylight or a decent lamp. Suite bathrooms with yellow bulbs lie. Bring a bulb or use the living room. It sounds small. It is the difference between pictures she keeps and pictures she deletes on the plane.

If half the group is local and half flew in, the locals will try to add a bar they love. Smile. Keep the add-on after the set or skip it. Visiting crews are already tired. Protect the hour.

Have the address type, the date, and two performer numbers when you call. From $275 starts the quote. I can do the rest on the phone.

Pack a small speaker you already own. Hotel TVs are a bad sound system. Keep volume inside the room. Neighbors on I-Drive have already heard enough fireworks for one trip.

If the bride wants a park day the morning after the show, book the show earlier, not later. She will not rope-drop on three hours of sleep and like you for it. Protect the next day if the next day matters.

Have two performer numbers. Have the suite number. Have a backup time if the park runs long. I can work with that. I cannot work with a group still on a tram at the original start time.

Website has been up since 2007 and the agency since 1989. The useful bachelorette lesson in this city is the same every year: keep the park calendar from eating the only hour that is about her. Call 407-401-8322 when the house is real.
