If the beach house is already booked and Halloween is the theme, treat the booking like any other private night: date, door, headcount, then Tampa Halloween entertainment for a beach house that knows they’re walking into a living room, not a public beach.
I’m Sean. This is the how-to. You won’t get prices here. You’ll get the questions that make the call short. Locals use beach houses in Dunedin, Gulfport, Treasure Island, Madeira. Visiting bachelor and bachelorette groups use Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, sometimes farther south. Halloween 2026 is a Saturday. That Saturday fills. I’ve booked private parties since 1989. The call goes well when you already know what you mean.
Say it in one sentence
Adult Halloween. 21 and over. Beach house or condo. Bachelor, bachelorette, birthday, or friends. How many people in the room. What time you want the hour. What happens before it: dinner, costume contest, nothing.
Male dancers or female dancers. You approve who is coming. If you can’t describe the night in one sentence, you’re not ready to book it.
The house has to pass a boring test
A door that isn’t a lobby circus. A room that can clear. Parking or a loading note. Neighbors who won’t think you opened a club. Quiet hours on the lease. A person who isn’t drinking first to open the door and to end the night.
Sand mat. Lit path. Pet in another room. Find the mirror Friday. Ice. Water. Speaker inside. I’ve danced for 22 years. A dark garage full of bikes is a bad entrance. Light it.

Sequence the night
Food first or the contest first. Then the hour. Then an end. Don’t run a costume parade through a performance. Don’t keep adding guests because it’s Halloween and people “might stop by.” The count on the call is the count in the room.
Photos before, on the deck, in light you own. Not during unless that was agreed. Not on public sand.
If kids’ hours happened at four in the same house, the adult night doesn’t start until that room is reset. Different glasses. Different playlist. No child there. Two parties, two times, two lists.
Have this next to the phone
Date. Start window. Address type. Headcount. The yes from the person it is for. Gate codes. Parking. The name of the adult at the door. Whether you’re on Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, Siesta, Anna Maria, or a house in town. Geography is minutes. I’ll tell you if we can cover it.
After you book, put the window on the fridge once. Then stop offering new times. If the grocery is late, the show isn’t the thing that moves. If a guest is late, they miss the start.
Deposits and timing get walked through on the phone. The balance conversation happens on the call, not in a blog post.
I’ve appeared on more than 200 TV shows and I’ve run the website since 2007. A beach-house Halloween is still a living-room night. If you can host, we can talk about the hour. If you can’t host, don’t book it. Public beach is a different job. Your living room is this one.
After the call, before the doorbell
Send the group the start time once. Send the parking note once. Ask people not to film if that’s the rule. Put water in the room. Put a chair where someone can sit if they need to. If the performer needs a few minutes, have a bathroom that isn’t the only bathroom.
When it’s over, thank them like an adult, close the door, and let your party be a party again or let it end. Don’t cling. Don’t add a public beach chapter. The booking was the living room. The living room is enough.
Weeknights are often easier for locals. Halloween Saturday is the one that disappears. Mid-September is not too early to lock a house hour for the 31st. Visitors should book around flights, not around a joke in a thread.
If anyone in the thread starts pushing for a racier version of a costume theme, you can say no. Tasteful and hosted is the product. Movie characters are a copyright problem. Generic witch, generic black cat, generic hat. That’s enough for the photos.
I’ve run this company since 1989. A beach-house Halloween is still a living-room night. If you can host, we can talk about the hour. Public sand is a different job. Your living room is this one. Call me when the notes are real.
Have the yes from the person it is for. Have the lease in mind. Have the count. That’s a booking. A group chat full of costume links is not a booking.
Halloween Saturday on the Gulf fills. Mid-September is not too early. Weeknights are easier for locals. Visitors should book around flights.
I’ve booked private events since 1989. A beach-house Halloween is a living-room night. Public sand is a different job. Call me when the notes are real and we’ll treat it like the door you actually rented.
Light the path. Put the dog up. Put water in the room. Then open the door like an adult. That is the booking. Call me when those notes are real.
When those notes are real, call Hot Party Stripper at 813-314-7735. We’ll book it like a real night, not like a costume meme.
