If you are late, ask the honest question

Two weeks was the advice. Mid-October is late. Late still works when you take the leftover that is actually good instead of hunting a fantasy Saturday at 9.
Halloween Saturday 2026 will not grow a second roster because your group chat finally voted. Vote now. Send the address type. Take the window I still have. If I only have Friday, take Friday. A real Friday show beats a fantasy Saturday you will not get.
After you book, stop tinkering. Do not change houses twice. Do not add a bus. Do not move the start three times. The roster is a person with a drive and a bag, not a slider on your phone.
Costume requests need a yes while I still have the look. Nurse, cop, devil, witch. If I do not have it, I will offer what I have. Take it or take a different night. Do not hold a Saturday window while you shop a fantasy.
Once the name is on the sheet, send the parking note and the door code. Do that the same day. Halloween weekend is not when I want to hunt a code at 8:50 p.m.
