Do not ask a hostess to do a show. Do not ask a dancer to bartend for two hours and then perform. That is two jobs and two invoices.
Same-day on a home-game Sunday is coverage, not a plan. If we can do it, we will say so. If we cannot, I will tell you on the phone instead of sending whoever is leftover. Bring a simple setup: a clear floor, a chair, and a door you can close. Turn the TV off for the set. You can turn it back on after.
If you are driving up, give yourself a buffer after the stadium. Parking and rides back into the city chew the clock. The performer is on a clock too. Start times are start times. I would rather you book 90 minutes later and actually be in the room.
